Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3... and Climbing board, then
With a continuously running clock do:
1 Front Squat (115/73 or pick load) on the 1st minute
2 Front Squats on the 2nd minute
3 Front Squats on the 3rd...
Continue as long as possible & fraction sets if necessary
For Rx+ use 155/103 or more (don't exceed 185/133 however).
Extra: Press x3 + Push Press x2 + Jerk x1...
