Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes at the same load do:
Snatch 1-1-1-1-1... (any style, but Squat Snatch is preferred), then if time/energy permits - do another 3-5 snatches after the 10 min mark.
How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
15 Swings (55/35 or pick loads)
9 Handstand Push-ups (15's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT; 1st round strict)
1 Rope Climb
For Rx+ use more weight, do HSPU's on 45's+ABMAT for everyone & climb legless (no jump for ladies, seated for men).
Extra: Muscle up practice or climbing board
