20 One Arm Snatches (35/25 or pick load)
30 Air Squats
Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes do:
10 Target Burpees
If you can not sustain the pace - score is the number of minutes completed. If you finish 20 minutes - start adding 1 Burpee each minute to 11-12-13... and so forth until you can not finish the minute.
