Sumo Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 (no belts) & Core work, then

How many rounds can you do in 11 minutes:
11 Box Jumps (24/20)
11 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (55/35)
11 Push-ups

For Rx+ do Box Jump Overs (24/20), use more weight & do Hand Release Push-ups.

Extra: Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3... (no belts, not all out)
