Every 90-120 seconds with small increases do:
Front Squat 2-2-2-2-2..., then

Five rounds for time of:
Rx
5 Deadlifts (use the same bar or pick load)
15 Wall Balls

Rx+
7 Deadlifts (same bar or pick load)
21 Wall Balls

Extra: Climbing board and/or Muscle Up practice
