Practice Double Unders and/or Triple Unders, then

How many rounds can you do in 20 minutes of:
10 Burpees 
8 Deadlifts (pick loads)
6 Hang Power Cleans (same bar)
4 Front Squats (same bar)
2 Push Jerks (same bar)
Rest 1 minute after each round.

Extra: Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 (not all out, no belts, do prior to workout).
