Practice Rope Climbs or if you already can do:
Weighted Chest To Bar Pull-up 1-1-1-1-1..., then

Three rounds for total reps of:
1 minute of Toes To Bar
1 minute of Wall Balls 
1 minute of Swings 
1 minute of Push-ups
1 minute of Sit-ups 
Rest 2 minutes after each round.

Extra: Front Squat 3-2-1 reps at the same loads
