4 Power Cleans (pick a challenging load)
8 Handstand Push-ups (15's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT; 1st round strict)
12 Lunges (each side)
Rest 1 minute after each round

Rx+ (30 min cap)
4 Power Cleans (pick a challenging load)
8 Handstand Push-ups (on DB's)
16 Pistols (total reps)
Rest 2 minutes after each round.
