Five rounds for time of (20 min cap):

10 Pull-ups
15 Swings (55/35 or pick loads)
20 Sit-ups

Rx+
10 Chest To Bar Pull-ups 
20 Swings (55/35 or pick loads) 
30 Sit-ups
