How high up the ladder can you go in 10 minutes of:
1 Ring Dip
1 Overhead Squat (75/45; scale to FS/Goblet if needed)
2 Ring Dips 
2 Overhead Squats 
3...3...4...4...5...

For Rx+ do Ring Muscle Ups & use at least 100/63

Extra: Handstand & Double Under drills
