Yay, Burpees!

Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3..., then

How many rounds can you do in 15 minutes of:
3 Handstand Push-ups (first 5 rds strict; 15's+AB/10's+AB)
5 Knees To Elbows 
7 Lunges (each side)

2 Bar Muscle Ups
4 Handstand Push-ups (45's+AB/25's+AB, first 5 rds strict)
8 Pistols (total reps; alternating)

Begin the workout with 800 meter Run or Row for Rx & 1 mile for Rx+.

Go in teams of 2 if desired.
