Back Squat 4-3-2-1 reps at the same loads, then

Seven rounds for time of (15 min cap):
5 Knees To Elbows
10 Wall Balls
15 Double Unders

3 Bar Muscle Ups
7 Thrusters (2x35/2x25 or pick loads)
21 Double Unders
