1 Strict Handstand Push-up on the 1st minute
2 Strict Handstand Push-up on the 2nd minute
3 Strict Handstand Push-up on the 3rd...

Continue as long as possible.

For Rx do HSPU's on 15's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT and for Rx+ do HSPU's on 45's+ABMAT/25's+ABMAT, then

How many rounds can you do in 13 minutes of:
Rx
5 Ring Dips
10 Wall Balls 
15 Double Unders

Rx+
5 Ring Muscle Ups (4 for ladies)
15 Wall Balls 
25 Double Unders

Extra: Deadlift 3-3-3... (off deficit if desired; no belts; not all out)
