For Rx+ do Bar Muscle Ups & Pistols (alternating)

For time: 
50 One Arm Snatches (pick load; total reps)
40 Hand Release Push-ups
30 One Arm Snatches 
20 Hand Release Push-ups
10 One Arm Snatches

For Rx+ use at least 55/35 & Ring Dips

Extra: Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3.. (not all out; no belts)
