  Bench time!

Bench time!

Five rounds for max reps of:
 20 seconds of Strict Handstand Push-ups (15's+ABMAT/10'sABMAT)
  40 seconds of Rest
   20 seconds of Strict Pull-ups
    40 seconds of Rest

How many rounds can you do in 11 minutes of:
 3 Deadlifts (pick loads; no belts)
  7 Air Squats
   21 Double Unders

Extra: Work on flexibility and/or mobility for 10-20 minutes.
