 Overhead Squat 3-3-3-3 (snatched) or Squat Snatch 1-1-1-1 (paused at catch, small increases), then

How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
 3 Deadlifts (same bar or pick load)
  7 Burpees
   21 Double Unders

Extra: Climbing board and or Muscle Up drills
