Barbell Bench Press 5-5-5-5-5... superset with One arm DB Rows 10-10-10-10-10..., then

How many rounds can you do in 15 minutes of:
 5 Strict Pull-ups
  10 Push-ups
   15 Air Squats

For Rx+ wear a vest. 

Begin the workout with 50 Double Unders for Rx & 100 for Rx+.

Extra: Muscle Snatch + Power Snatch + Squat Snatch or 3 position Snatch practice and/or work on Overhead Squat mobility.
