 9 Handstand Push-ups (25's+ABMAT/15's+ABMAT, 1st round strict)
  15 Box Jumps (24/20)
   21 Air Squats

For Rx+ do HSPU's on 45's+10's+ABMAT/45's+ABMAT & jump on 28/24. Air squats stay the same.

Extra: up to you (work on a weakness and/or mobility)
