  Barbell work

Barbell work

Every minute on the minute alternating for 10 rounds of each (20 mins total) do:
 3 Push Presses (pick loads) & 3 Chest To Bar Pull-ups (weighted if possible), then

Four rounds for time of (15 min cap):
 9 Box Jumps (24/20)
  15 Swings (55/35)
   21 Sit-ups

For Rx+ do five rounds.

Extra: Muscle Snatch + Power Snatch + Squat Snatch practice
