Practice Power Snatch or quickly build up to Power Snatch 1-1-1-1-1... (no belts), then

Fifteen rounds for time (25 min cap):
  1 Power Snatch (pick load)
   4 Push-ups (on parallettes or DB's)
    7 Sit-ups

  1 Power Snatch (pick load, 100/63 minimum)
   4 Ring Dips (3 for ladies)
    7 Weighted Sit-ups (20/10; use a medicine ball)

Extra: Front Squat 3-2-1 reps at the same load
