Every 60-120 seconds with increasing loads do:
 Power Snatch + Hang Power Snatch + Paused Overhead Squat 1-1-1-1-1..., then

How many rounds can you do in 12 minutes of:
 9 Air Squats
  6 Toes To Bar
   3 Push Presses (use the same bar or pick load)

Extra: Muscle Up practice of any kind + 3-5 sets of 10 strict Handstand Push-ups
