Handstand Practice, then

For time:
 10 Push Jerks (pick a challenging load)
  9 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
   8 Push Jerks
    7 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
     6 Push Jerks
      5 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
       4 Push Jerks
        3 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
         2 Push Jerks
          1 Chest To Bar Pull-up

For Rx+ do Bar Muscle Ups & use at least 135/93. 

If desired go in teams of 2 and do 10-9-8-...3-2-1 reps of both exercises.
