   50 Swing (55/35)
    25 Handstand Push-ups (25's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT; first 10 strict)

For Rx+ do weighted Sit-ups (25/15), swing more weight & do HSPU's on 45's+ABMAT/25's+ABMAT

If time permits work on mobility before or after the class.

Extra: Muscle Up practice and/or climbing board.
