Practice Power Snatches & Overhead Squats, then

How many rounds can you do in 21 minutes of:
 Rx
  9 Power Snatches (pick your load)
   15 Push Ups
    21 Air Squats

 Rx+
  9 Power Snatches (pick your load)
   15 Front Squats (same bar)
    21 Hand Release Push-ups

Extra: Back Squat 3-2-1 reps at the same load (no belts)
