Every 2-3 minutes with small increases do:
 Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3..., then

For time:
 10 Double Unders
  20 Swings (55/35)
   30 Double Unders  
    40 Swings
     50 Double Unders

For Rx+ use more weight & do 50 DU's each round instead of 10-30-50.
