Every 2-3 minutes with small increases do:
 Back Squat 4-4-4-4-4..., then

For time (15 min cap):
 Rx
  750 meter Row
   50 Swings (55/35)
    25 Handstand Push-ups (15's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT; first 10 strict)

 Rx+
  900 meter Row
   60 Swings (55/35 or more weight) 
    30 Handstand Push-ups (45's+ABMAT/25's+ABMAT; first 10 strict)
