Weighted Pull-up 3-3-3-3-3... + Power Clean 3-3-3-3-3, then

How many rounds can you do in 12 minutes of:
 Rx
  9 Air Squats
   6 Push-ups
    3 Power Cleans (115/73 or pick load)

 Rx+
  9 Air Squats
   6 Ring Dips
    3 Power Cleans (155/103 or pick load - can be lighter)

Begin the workout with 75 Double Unders for Rx & 150 for Rx+.

Extra: Climbing board and/or Muscle Up practice of any kind (if possible)
