Sumo Deadlift 2-2-2-2-2..., then

How many rounds can you do in 15 minutes of:
 15 Handstand Push-ups (10's+ABMAT/ABMAT; first round strict)
  15 Box Jumps (24/20)
   15 Swings (55/35)

For Rx+ do HSPU's on 25's+ABMAT/15's+ABMAT, jump on 28/24 & swing more weight.

Extra: Back Squat 2-2-2-2-2... (no belts, not all out)
