Weighted Chest To Bar Pull-up 1-1-1-1-1..., then

For time in teams of 2 (solo do 1/2 reps)
 2000 meter Row (switch on the minute)
  150 Sit-ups
   100 Push-ups
    50 Toes To Bar

For Rx+ row stays the same, do Weighted Sit-ups (25/15), Hand Release Push-ups & Knees To Elbows.
