Independence Day, Wednesday, July 4th Hours: 8 am & 9;30 am classes only!

Every 60-90 seconds with small increases do:
 Basic: Power Snatch + Paused Overhead Squat or
  Advanced: Squat Snatch 1-1-1-1-1..., then

How high up the ladder can you go in 10 minutes of:
 1 Knees To Elbows
  1 Push Jerk (use the same bar or pick load)
   2 Knees To Elbows
    2 Push Jerks
     3...3...4...4...5...

For Rx+ do Bar Muscle Ups.

Extra: Deadlift 2-2-2-2-2... (no belts, off elevation if desired)
