Practice Handstands, then
How many rounds can you do in 15 minutes of:
3 Power Cleans (pick load)
6 Handstand Push-ups (10's+ABMAT/ABMAT)
9 Air Squats
For Rx+ use at least 115/73 on the Power Clean & do HSPU's on 25's+ABMAT/15's+ABMAT.
First 3 rounds of HSPU's are strict for both Rx & Rx+.
Extra: Climbing board workout and/or Ring Muscle Up practice.
