Quickly build up to a heavy weight on:
Hang Power Clean & Jerk 1-1-1-1-1... (no belts), then
"DT" (20 min cap)
Five rounds for time of:
12 Deadlifts (155/103)
9 Hang Power Cleans (same bar)
6 Push Jerks (same bar)
Go solo or in teams of 2 (especially if you want to use a heavier weight, but won't be able to finish on time). Use more weight to do a Heavy DT if desired (cap stays the same at 20 minutes).
