For time (30 min cap):
 50 Calorie Row (40 calories for ladies)
  50 Sit-ups
   50 Push-ups
    50 Swings (55/35)
     50 Wall Balls

For Rx+ do 75 reps of everything (ladies row 60 calories for Rx+).

Extra: Climbing board or Muscle Up drills (rings or bar).
