 Hang Power Clean & Jerk 1-1-1-1-1... (no belts), then

How many rounds can you do in 12 minutes of:
 12 Renegade Rows (pick loads; total reps)
  12 Air Squats
   12' Rope Climb 1 ascent

For Rx+ use at least 40's/25's & climb legless (no jump for men).

Extra: Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3... (no belts; not all out; last rep paused)
