  21 Handstand Push-ups (first 10 strict; 25's+ABMAT/15's+ABMAT)
   15 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
    9 Power Cleans (pick load)

 Rx+
  21 Handstand Push-ups (first 10 strict, 45s+10's+ABMAT/45's+ABMAT)
   15 Bar Muscle Ups
    9 Power Cleans (pick load)

Begin the workout with 800 meter Run or Row for Rx & 1 mile Run for Rx+

Go in teams of 2 if possible (for teams of 2 - first round of HSPU's is strict).
