Five rounds for max reps of:
 20 seconds of Ring Muscle Ups
  40 seconds of Rest
   20 seconds of Pistols
    40 seconds of Rest

Coaches will scale as needed (strict pull-ups, band MU or Ring Rows + assisted or limited pistols or lunges).

For time:
 50 Sit-ups
  40 Wall Balls
   30 Sit-ups
    20 Wall Balls
     10 Sit-ups

Extra: Muscle Snatch + Power Snatch + Squat Snatch practice
