Every 90-120 seconds with small increases do:
Back Squat 2-2-2-2-2-2... (pause on last rep of each set), then
How many rounds can you do in 13 minutes of:
10 Handstand Push-ups (1st round strict; 15's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT)
10 Toes To Bar
10 Renegade Rows (35's/25's or pick loads; total reps)
For Rx+ do HSPU's on 45's+ABMAT/25's+ABMAT, Knees To Elbows and use 55/35's (or at least 45's/30's).
