Shoulder Press x3 + Push Press x2 + Push Jerk x1 superset with Climbing Board, then

How many rounds can you do in 11 minutes of:
 10 One Arm Dumbbells Snatches (alternating, total reps, 55/35 or pick load)
  10 Box Jumps (24/20)
   1 Rope Climb

For Rx+ use more weight, jump on 28/24 & climb legless (no jump for men).

Extra: Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3... (no belts, no bouncing, not all out)
