Memorial Day Hours: 8 am and 9:30 am Classes only!

Practice Double or Triple Unders to warm-up, then

How many rounds can you do in 21 minutes of:
 Rx
  9 Thrusters (115/73 or pick load)
   15 Toes To Bar
    21 Double Unders
     Rest 1 minute

 Rx+
  9 Squat Clean Thrusters (155/93 or adjust as needed)
   15 Knees To Elbows
    50 Double Unders
     Rest 2 minutes

Extra: Back Squat 4-3-2-1 at the same load (no belts)
