Weighted Chest To Bar Pull-up 1-1-1-1-1... superset with
 Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1... (no belts), then

Fifteen rounds for time of (25 min cap):
 4 Burpees
  3 Hang Power Cleans (use the same bar or pick load)
   2 Front Squats (same bar)
    1 Shoulder To Overhead (same bar)

For Rx+ do 20 rounds and use at least 115/73.
