How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
 10 Renegade Rows (total reps; pick loads)
  10 Piston Presses (total reps; same load)
   1 Rope Climb

For Rx+ use at least 35's/25's & Climb legless (no jump for men).

Extra: Snatch practice of any kind (Barski or MSn+PSn+SqSn for example).
