Every 90-120 seconds with increasing loads do:
 Basic: Overhead Squats 3-3-3... (snatched) or
  Advanced: Hang Squat Snatch 3-3-3... (unbroken), then

For time:
 Rx
  750 meter Row
   50 Sit-ups
    25 Burpees

 Rx+
  1000 meter Row
   75 Sit-ups
    50 Burpees
