 Basic: Power Snatch + Hang Power Snatch + Paused OHS
  Advanced: Squat Snatch + Hang Squat Snatch (unbroken), then

How high up the ladder can you go in 9 minutes of:
 1 Toes To Bar
  1 Push Press (100/63)
   2 Toes To Bar
    2 Push Presses
     3 Toes To Bar
      3 Push Presses...4...4...5...

For Rx+ do Ring Muscle Ups & use 155/103 (or adjust if needed).
