Every 90-120 seconds with increasing loads do:
Basic: 2x Hang Power Snatch + 2x Paused OHS
Advanced: High Hang Squat Snatch x3 (unbroken; no belts), then
How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
1 Power Clean (use the same load or adjust if needed)
2 Front Squats (same bar)
3 Handstand Push-ups (strict; 25's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT)
For Rx+ do HSPU's on 45's+ABMAT/25's+ABMAT (strict).
Go in teams of 2 if desired.
Extra: Deadlift 3-3-3-3... (off elevation if possible; no belts; not all out)
