Rowing

Every 2-3 minutes with increasing loads do:
Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3..., then

Seven rounds for time of (20 min cap):
5 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Sit-ups

For Rx+ wear a vest.

If scaling do banded pull-ups or ring rows, incline push-ups and do 10 or less sit-ups per round (adjust as needed).

Extra: Muscle Up practice and/or extra mobility.
