Every 60-90 seconds with small increases do:
Basic: Power Snatch + Paused Overhead Squat or
Advanced: Power Snatch + Hang Squat Snatch, then

Three rounds for time of:
Rx
10 Power Cleans (115/73)
20 Push-ups
30 Air Squats

Rx+
7 Ring Muscle Ups (5 for ladies)
7 Power Cleans (185/123 or pick loads)
7 Front Squats (same bar)

Extra: Handstand & Double Under Drills
