50 Toes To Bar
50 Box Jumps (24/20)
50 Swings (55/35)
For Rx+ do 70 reps of everything (cap is 35 mins). Scale to 30-40 reps if needed.
Also if you want to - go in teams of 2 and do 100 reps (switch every minute on the rower; cap extended to 35 mins). One person working at a time.
Extra: Climbing board and/or Muscle Up practice.
