Every 60-90 seconds with increasing loads do: Hang Snatch + Hang Power Snatch

If HPSn fails - proceed to do a few more reps of Hang Snatches (Hang Squat Snatches ideally of course). Spend 12-15 mins on the complex & then 5-8 mins on the Snatches, then

How high up the ladder can you go in 10 minutes of:
 1 Chest To Bar Pull-up
  1 Front Squat (same bar or pick load)
   2 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
    2 Front Squats
     3 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
      3 Front Squats...4...4...5...

For Rx+ do Bar Muscle Ups.

Extra: Bench Press + 1 arm Rows 10-10-10-10...
