Five rounds of:
 20 seconds of Wall Walks or Handstand Walk (try and stay up the whole time)
  40 seconds Rest

Five rounds for max reps of:
 20 seconds of Chest To Bar Pull-ups
  40 seconds of Rest
 20 seconds of Wall Balls
  40 seconds of Rest

For Rx+ do Ring Muscle Ups & Thrusters (100/63)

Extra: Up to you/extra mobility
