1 Strict Handstand Push-up on the 1st minute (10's+AB/AB)
2 Strict Handstand Push-ups on the 2nd minute
3 Strict Handstand Push-ups on the 3rd...
Continue as long as possible. Fractions sets if needed.

15 Shoulder Presses (pick load; 75/45 recommended)
15 Swings (55/35)
15 Air Squats
Rest 1 minute after each round
